How would you describe yourself?
What does your role at SME Broker Services entail?
Using the telephone, emailing, using LinkedIn, data entry, data validation, completing KPIs, adding to campaigns, creating invoices, collating data deliveries and counts, general administrative tasks, and any other duties allocated by other colleagues.
How did you first learn about the position at SME Broker Services, and how did you find the hiring process?
I was told by a friend and then I went on Indeed and applied. The hiring process was quick and easy.
How has SME Broker Services helped you in your career development?
Before I joined SME Broker Services, I had limited administration experience and I have learned a lot in this job with my varied role. I have also become much more confident in administration.
What has been your biggest accomplishment in both SME Broker Services and life in general?
Getting this job.

If you were stranded on an island, what three things would you take and why?
My phone for money and contacts and organising supplies, a boat to travel, phone charger.
